The 11th edition of the 6H En Cœur is fast approaching! This year, once again, we invite you to take on a unique and meaningful challenge to support children with congenital heart conditions and their families.
Where and when?
- Montreal – Saturday, May 10, 2025 | Parc Maisonneuve
- Quebec – Saturday, May 24, 2025 | Base de plein air Sainte-Foy
- Virtual – From May 10 to May 24, 2025
The challenge: 6 hours of solidarity
Walk or run for 6 hours, either alone, in a group, or in a relay. For the virtual version, choose the physical activity that suits you and accumulate 6 hours of movement between May 10 and May 24.
Why 6 hours?
This number is highly symbolic: a heart surgery for a child with heart disease typically lasts around 6 hours. By participating, you take concrete action to help them.
A challenge, a goal: raising funds
Each participant, whether solo or in a team, contributes to a major fundraising campaign to support the En Cœur Foundation in its mission to assist families.
