En Cœur can provide financial support to parents who must travel outside their region for the care of their child. However, En Cœur does not replace the financial assistance offered by CSSSs and CLSCs. These organizations offer support through the Travel Expense Program.
Support from private or government organizations (e.g. transportation and accommodation program for people with disabilities) should be prioritized. If necessary, the Foundation may collaborate to obtain such assistance.
