An unforgettable day of skiing, solidarity, and celebration: Sutton En Cœur – 2026 Edition!
As part of Heart Month, we are delighted to invite you to the 4th edition of Sutton En Cœur, presented by Sun Life and Morency Lawyers, taking place on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at Mont Sutton, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., followed by a festive après-ski! Join us for an exceptional day where sport, fun, and generosity come together to support children with heart disease and their families.
Why participate?
Your involvement changes lives. Thanks to your support, the En Cœur Foundation continues its mission to offer essential services, compassionate support, and concrete resources to families facing pediatric heart disease.
Concept:
Take on the 6-hour challenge of skiing, snowboarding, or alpine touring—a symbolic duration representing the average length of open-heart surgery for a child. Form a team of 2 to 6 participants, or register solo, and experience a powerful day filled with emotions, personal achievement, and solidarity.

This event is part of Heart Month, an initiative aimed at raising awareness about cardiovascular health.
On February 14, double your impact by marking both Valentine’s Day and International Congenital Heart Defect Awareness Day.
