Our son Alfred was born with several complex heart defects. Following his birth, he was transferred from CHEO to Sainte-Justine. A stay that was supposed to last a month stretched to 6 months. With the help of the Foundation, we were able to relocate to Montreal to be close to our son. The Foundation helped us with lodging, parking and meal vouchers.
Unfortunately, Alfred has needed several other operations and we often have to travel to Montreal. The Foundation is there to help us every time.
