Ellie was born with a cardiac conduction disorder which necessitated the fitting of a pacemaker at birth. The Foundation was there for us, thanks to the support and attentiveness of their volunteers, as well as the financial assistance provided (in the form of meal vouchers and coverage of accommodation costs) for the duration of her hospitalization.
