The Foundation is committed to the health and well-being of its members. To help you get information quickly, we have put together these frequently asked questions. Following the Government’s announcement concerning the series of measures put in place to slow the spread of the coronavirus, the general management of the Foundation has asked all its employees to telework as of Monday, March 16.
We continue our work and remain available at all times, whether by telephone message or email at encoeur@en-coeur.org.
It should be noted that support for families is in no way affected by this decision and that all precautions are put in place. We remain in contact with pediatric hospitals for any request. The Foundation continues to support families.

If an activity is postponed, the Foundation will honour your registration and it will remain valid. If you are not available on the postponed date, or for any other reason, you can also request a refund for your registration.
In the event of cancellation, the costs incurred for the activity will be refunded to you at your request. It is also possible to convert your registration fees into a donation to En Cœur.
Please note that a communication has already been sent to all participants of the postponed or cancelled activities. Check your spams if you did not receive anything.
At all times, several options are available to you to make a donation to the En Cœur Foundation. You can make your donation online or by mail (cheque or credit card).
Every donation counts, regardless of the amount!
If your donation is made online, you will receive your tax receipt immediately. It will be included in your confirmation email.
If your donation is made by mail, you will get it the following month.
Your donation ensures the sustainability of the En Cœur Foundation, but also quality services and support for families. Your donation allows us to help an average of 365 families annually;
- 17,400 paid nights over the past 5 years;
- 31,000 meal coupons offered to families over the past 5 years;
- 4,000 parking days reimbursed to families over the past 5 years;
- $69,000 in donations of small medical equipment for families over the past 5 years;
- Listening to families of children with heart disease;
- Loan of equipment to facilitate the transition at home;
- Development of tools for understanding the disease.
