Two and a half years ago, I gave birth to my daughter, Marguerite, born at 1.4 kilos with severe intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR). She stayed a month and a half in neonatology at Sainte-Justine, where a few days after her premature birth, she was diagnosed with a heart defect.”

“I was born with a congenital heart defect called tetralogy of Fallot. I underwent a first surgery at the age of 6 months and a second in 2012. Although I’m now well, I’m regularly followed for my tetralogy of Fallot. On many occasions, the En Cœur Foundation was present for my parents, which is why today I want to get involved as an En Cœur ambassador.”
